Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict
Workplace conflict can be productive or paralyzing. Conflict triggers different emotions and behaviours in each of us. Since conflict differs depending on the people and situations involved, there is no one answer to make it productive. The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict program recognizes that your responses to conflict situations are in your control. Rather than focussing on conflict resolution, this workshop targets the reduction of destructive thoughts and behaviours so that conflict can become more productive.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)
Conflict is a natural, albeit challenging component of human relationships. The TKI is designed to measure a person’s behaviour in conflict situations. “Conflict situations” are those in which the concerns of two people appear to be incompatible. In such situations, we can describe an individual’s behaviour along two dimensions: (1) assertiveness, the extent to which the person attempts to satisfy his own concerns, and (2) cooperativeness, the extent to which the person attempts to satisfy the other person’s concerns. These assessed behaviours can be used to establish methods of handling conflicts.
The TKI has been a leader in conflict resolution assessment for more than forty years. The TKI is an online assessment that takes about 15 minutes to complete.
