Future Leaders Program
Don’t miss this unique opportunity for your Future Leaders to engage in hands-on learning that goes beyond traditional training. This program is an opportunity for participants to design their leadership style, experiment in a safe space, and receive personalized coaching to guide their growth.
2025 Future Leaders Curriculum:
The 2025 program spans 6 months, with 4 core sessions, homework, and one-on-one Executive Coaching to reinforce learning through self-reflection and practical application. The curriculum follows a model of self-awareness, learning, practice, and accountability for change, centered around the following themes:
- Leadership Values & Authentic Leadership
- Culture & Accountability
- Building High-Performing Teams
- Shifting from Operational to Strategic Leadership
Each participant will complete the Everything DiSC® Agile EQ Assessment and receive personalized coaching throughout the program.

- May 14, 2025
- June 18, 2025 (Graduation)
