Sandi is the Founder and CEO of Satori Consulting Inc. where she and her team provide business consulting on strategy, governance, HR and Leadership, and strategic analytics. She holds an MBA, is a Certified Management Consultant, and has been consulting for over 20 years. Her diverse background of consulting, teaching, operations, marketing & sales, and governance brings holistic value to Satori’s wide variety of international clients.
Sandi is a Master Coach, helping clients and organizations acquire objectivity and distance, so they can begin to change the behaviours that are limiting effectiveness. Her coaching is built on awareness, commitment, and practice to enable clients to gain perspective and lock in lasting change, and it is instrumental in helping to understand client needs to provide best in class consulting.
In addition, Sandi is a Certified Director, supporting and leading organizations and Boards in applying the most current corporate governance principles, practices, and insights, and she is Procsi certified to wrap consulting in solid change management practices.
Sandi is also the co-host of the “Organizational Transformation Kung Fu” podcast that focuses on leadership development and tackling issues faced by modern day organizations.
