West Wawanosh Mutual Insurance Company (WWMIC) is seeking a visionary leader to succeed its retiring President and CEO. As President and CEO, you will lead a dedicated team in partnership with a supportive Board of Directors to shape the future of WWMIC. Key Qualifications
Financial Acuity: Strong business acumen, financial expertise, and previous P&L responsibility with excellent attention to detail.
Leadership Experience: 5–7 years in property and casualty insurance, with direct experience in underwriting, claims, and distribution strategies.
Team Leadership: Proven success in building cohesive, motivated teams.
Strategic Insight: Ability to see the big picture and support change with both a people first and a data-driven, analytical approach.
Governance: Experience working with a Board of Directors (preferred).
Community Advocate: Demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
Education
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with background and experience and will include a base salary and benefits.
